In addition, to prior senior operating and president roles in industrial manufacturing and supply-chain businesses, Scott's industrial profile also includes executive roles at Case Corporation and CNH Global, where he led the North American parts business, and the post-merger global agricultural aftermarket business. Scott is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, and holds an M. Ed. from Auburn University, an MBA from Long Island University, and has completed the executive management program at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.
Jeff has over 23 years of finance related experience with a strong track record of success in a variety of industries. Jeff most recently held the position of Vice President, Finance at SprintNextel where he led a large team of financial analysts responsible for decision support of Sprint's largest Business Units and the Sales and Customer Management functions. With over 18 years at Sprint, Jeff was highly involved in a number of critical projects including the restructuring of the affiliate program, the launch of the nation's first 3G data network, and ultimately the merger with Nextel where he performed due diligence, established synergy expectations, and led the integration of the finance functions. Prior to Sprint, Jeff held several positions within the audit and controller departments at Pizza Hut headquarters in Wichita. Jeff launched his career as a staff auditor with PriceWaterhouse. Jeff holds a BS in Business Administration and Accounting with Highest Distinction honors from Kansas University. Jeff has also completed executive education programs at the University of Georgetown's McDonough School of Business and at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Jay was Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for Nations Media Partners, prior to joining MachineryLink, Inc. in 2003. Nations Media Partners is a boutique investment bank specializing in rural telecommunications, including DBS-Satellite, Rural Local Exchange Carriers, wireless telecommunications companies and wireless towers. During his tenure at Nations Media, he completed over 150 transactions with a total volume of $2.5 billion. In addition, Jay was the Financial Operations Principal for NMP Capital, a registered securities broker-dealer. He has held positions with Clark, Mizo, & Linville and Deloitte and Touche. He holds a BBS (summa cum laude) and a JD (with honors) from Washburn University. Jay is also a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Kansas Bar.
Craig has more than 25 years of experience in domestic and international sales and marketing for such companies as Monsanto, FCStone, Farm Journal, Broadcast Partners and Prairie iNet, Craig brings a potent mix of early-stage business development experience, and foundation skill-sets grounded in extensive time with a market-leading agricultural multi-nationals. He has served as a senior manager in five early-stage ventures. Most recently, Craig was Vice President of Business Development for FCO2, an enterprise platform that he co-developed at FCStone. In 2000, Craig co-founded Prairie iNet, a regional fixed wireless broadband provider, strategically targeting the agricultural-rural environment, and still serving 120 rural communities in Iowa and Illinois. Prior to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Craig invested 10 years with Monsanto in both livestock and crop protection categories, achieving successive roles of increasing responsibility in marketing and product management in both North America and off-shore markets. Craig holds a BS in Ag Education from Iowa State University, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
Bill has 35 years of experience in the off-road industry and was most recently the Director of Sales for New Holland Construction and Kobelco Construction North America, a division of CNH Global, N.V. Bill was instrumental in achieving record sales for both brands, and the successful integration of the Kobelco brand into the CNH family. Prior to becoming Director of Sales, Bill was global Director of Product Support Marketing for CNH. Prior to his time at Case Corporation and CNH, Bill invested 26 years at John Deere & Company, assuming assignments and increasing levels of responsibility in sales, finance and product support. Bill holds a BBA with honors from the University of Oklahoma.
Brian has 16 years of experience in transportation, logistics and customer service, ranging from driving a truck and personally delivering on his company's service commitments, to managing large complex operations. He invested 11 years at DHL, assuming assignments of increasing levels of responsibility in operations, planning, labor relations and customer service. Prior to joining MachineryLink, Brian was Senior Vice-President, Operations for DHL's Midwest and Mid-Atlantic geographies. In this role, Brian was accountable for 6 DHL regions, 150 service centers and the performance of 8000 people, both company and contract employees. Prior to this, Brian served as Regional Field Services Director for DHL's Great Lakes and Minneapolis enterprises, as well as District Manager for DHL's three Boston facilities. Brian began his career at UPS in various leadership roles in air delivery and hub operations. Brian holds a BA in Communications from Rowan University.
Tara has over 15 years of experience as a human resources professional in both service and industrial environments. Most recently, she was the Corporate Director of Human Resources for Olathe Health Systems, Inc. (OHSI), supporting over 2,300 employees. Prior to OHSI, Tara worked for Health Midwest as Manager, Employment Services and at CommunityAmerica Credit Union as Human Resources Manager. She holds a BS in Business/Human Resources and a BS in Journalism/Public Relations from Oklahoma State University, is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
